Essential Qualifications
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing

Preferred Qualifications
- Technical support experience, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
