Primary Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the manager and supervisors to formulate and implement departmental objectives, contributing to the reputed company improvement of our services

Education, Experience, and Knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundation in core subjects and ability to learn and grow
  • At least two years of experience in medical billing and insurance verification, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities
  • Two years of experience in a customer service environment, showcasing your ability to provide exceptional support and resolve issues effectively
  • Familiarity with NextGen EPM software and Epic software is a plus, as you will be working with various systems and technologies to reputed company your duties

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate the Windows environment and utilize various payer verification and claims software
