As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for a range of duties reputed company to payment processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company Accounting standard ledger balancing
• Work on member cases and tasks assigned, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
• Complete daily balancing and department closing tasks, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers, providing excellent customer service and support
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws, regulations, and procedures
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member bad checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows reputed company to late returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous customer/member service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience, with knowledge of payment processing, item processing, and fund transfers
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
