Position Overview

This role is responsible for accurately converting item details from reputed company files (PDFs, images, handwritten notes, websites) into the company’s internal system, ensuring descriptions, prices, and options match the reputed company exactly. The position follows set formatting/data-entry guidelines, performs quality checks for errors or inconsistencies, and meets daily/weekly production KPIs using the required tools and software.

Key Responsibilities

Core Functional Responsibilities

• Convert information from reputed company documents (e.g., PDFs, images, handwritten notes, websites) into the company’s internal database or content management system.
• Verify that reputed company items, descriptions, prices, and options are accurately captured and reflect the reputed company material exactly.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Graduate from any discipline (or pursuing master’s).
• Freshers eligible.
• Basic English proficiency (Listening/Reading/Writing/Speaking – Intermediate).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good command of reputed company Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Cognitive ability and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills.
• Discipline, teamwork, and adaptability to changing shifts.
