Each action we undertake is done on behalf of our customers, as meeting their expectations makes us feel good.The EU Health and Safety function is part of the Operational teams and supports our Fulfilment Centres who are responsible for managing the vast range of fast paced inventory from inbound to outbound and work reputed company hard to ensure that our customers receive what they want, reputed company they want it.Key job responsibilitiesreputed company a team of Senior Safety Managers and Program Managers, including performance driven issuesreputed company UK Fulfillment Centre safety programsBe a net contributor to EU CF EHS leadership and functional progressionreputed company safety performance metrics reporting and communicationWill be responsible to manage 10-12 UK Customer Fulfillment sites.Assist general managers in communication, training, and execution of the Safety & Environmental Programs throughout the regions FC’sEnsure compliance to EU and UK/IE laws as it applies to Occupational Safety for reputed company relevant FC’sreputed company regular gap analysis to best justify funds for site safety improvements and react to Associate feedbackEnsure compliance to Safety programs such as Lockout-Tagout, Fall Protection, Fire Prevention, Emergencyreputed company and implement training programs to meet the needs of Managers and Associates in regards to critical safety issuesAnalyze accident data and build prevention programs to impact accident trendsBuild management and employee commitment for a Safety program through engagement, leadership toolsReview Standard Operating Procedure changes and reputed company Safety recommendationsConduct site visits(atleast 60% of working time), reviewing site safety standards, share feedback with site Ops leadership team and site safety team, support them and hold them account for improving standards. Also tale this opportunity to have development and leadership conversations with the site teams.Insist on high standards on risk assessment, Operational Safety rules adherence and site safety standards.Conduct Job Hazard Analysis and Job Safety AnalysisInteract with Workers Compensation third-party administrators in carrying out claims managementreputed company a positive working relationship with local authorities i.e. Fire Department, EHOProvide weekly metrics reporting to senior management teamsApplying Lean tools to Safety: error-reputed company processes, analyze Safety trends and create proactive plans to address – reputed company analytical, dashboard performance approach to safety management key risks, use Pareto analysis and other tools to monitor and drive high-effectiveness Safety programsProject Work for topics relating to the networkSupport other reputed company network projectsMaintain communication with law enforcement bodies and accident insurersMaintain communication with Operational directors and General ManagersConsult with works councils, safety committees as requiredEnsure metrics reputed companyBasic Qualifications

• Qualified to NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent with extensive Health and safety Management experience, preferably gained in warehousing and logistics industry.
• Educated to Bachelor's Degree level
• Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) or equivalent and having knowledge of EU & UK H&S legislation
• Flexible approach to work, ability to manage own priorities, workload and European travel. Travel - 60% of the work time.
• Ability to work in teams and engage , collaborate and influence cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders across shop floor and executives.
• Demonstrable record of driving significant change through an operation

• Lean, 5S, HOP and Kaizen experience
• Environmental qualification and experience in managing Env management system
• ISO 45001 reputed company auditor trained
