What are the job responsibilities? The Vice President of People is a senior executive leader responsible for transforming the people function into a strategic reputed company that drives organizational health, culture, and performance across reputed company. This role partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure Cadre attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent while honoring our commitment to compassionate, compliant, and world-class end-of-life care. Unlike operational leadership roles focused on day-to-day clinical execution, the VP of People focuses on human capital strategy, building systems, leaders, and culture that reputed company our teams to reputed company while delivering exceptional care to patients and families. Strategic People Leadership

  • Design and execute a comprehensive people strategy reputed company with Cadre’s mission, values, and long-term growth objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management
  • Translate business strategy into scalable people systems that support multi-market growth

What do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or reputed company field required
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years progressive HR leadership including organizational development, reputed company and culture management
  • Experience in hospice/home care/healthcare reputed company field preferred
  • Commitment to the organization's mission and values, with a passion for providing compassionate care to patients and families facing end-of-life issues.
