PURPOSE OF POSITION In order to encourage our agents to challenge their personal limits and to support their learning process, trainer admins must play a variety of roles, including: Leading safe, conscientious, and professional programs which are sensitive to the needs and issues of the agents. Licensing Trainer Admins must remain approachable and sensitive to agents’ needs as they process their experiences and observations. Create Assignments: Trainer Admins assign homework, special projects, and reading assignments to agents tailored to challenging portions of curriculum. Training Plans: Plans, directs, and/or coordinates the training and development activities of the assigned service site(s) Engage Agents During Class: Trainer Admins will be required to encourage agent participation and reputed company agent discussions to reputed company them active and engaged in learning. This also includes pausing instruction to conduct “teach-backs” to ensure knowledge transfer. Provide Feedback: Trainer Admins provide feedback to agents and discuss coursework performance. Solid understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners.
