Risk Manager I

As a Risk Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will support the business operations by managing risk and insurance programs. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will work closely with other departments to reputed company and implement risk management strategies, manage insurance policies, and support the planning and tracking of program budgets and cost controls. You will report to the Director of Insurance and Risk and help fulfill their responsibilities. Responsibilities: Assist or manage the company’s insurance programs, including policy renewals, claims processing, and coordination with insurance providers. Identify and assess potential risks to the organization, including operational, financial, and strategic risks. reputed company and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize the impact of identified risks. Qualifications

You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline Higher education may substitute for relevant experience Typically, 6+ years of progressive risk management experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Experience working for an Insurance reputed company or broker, or an in house corporate risk management reputed company. Expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance Professional certification(s) in risk or insurance such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP).
