Project Manager - Remote - Limited Tenure
Job Description
- This is a 2-year Limited Tenure position with an expected end date of 10/1/2027. The Project Manager (PM) works independently assuming primary responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating and delivering clinical Systems projects, including Electronic Health Record (Epic) project through the entire project life cycle from initiation to closure including transition to customer. The PM is responsible to reputed company project objectives and completion on time, on budget, and in conformance with the department methodologies and standards. The PM may independently reputed company one or multiple reputed company to large projects that have department or site level strategic importance. Project work has moderate to high risk and risk interdependencies, may have several interrelationships, and may have moderate to high costs associated. PM is responsible for managing established budget, participating in the creation and tracking of project budgets and appropriate escalation on a timely basis. Position requires strict adherence to budget management and guidelines of both the assigned department and the institution. The Project Manager facilitates problem-solving, decision-making and change management, taking prudent actions to accomplish project objectives under minimal supervision. This requires effective communication and influencing skills characterized by strong relationships and practice focuses thinking. PM must be knowledgeable of large Health Systems workflows, and able to work with practice functions, effectively providing solutions. May receive matrix supervision and feedback from other departments, divisions, and vendors and performs additional job functions as detailed by immediate supervisor. Use and application of project management methodologies is important to this role. May be responsible for participating in team assignments to increase efficiency, team building, knowledge sharing, and reputed company for changes to ensure quality and new learnings. Leading project teams may include the following: (1) Guide project teams on project management practices and principles to implement critical projects (2) Assess maturity of the project team and coach to higher levels, at a sustainable pace (3) Remove impediments or guiding team to do so; escalating to management reputed company appropriate (4) Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved (5) Facilitate work without coercion, assigning, or dictating, using discussion, and conflict resolution knowledge The selected candidate will be working on projects with newer technologies including Machine learning, LLMs and Artificial Intelligence-Based reputed company Modeling for healthcare challenges. There will also be projects for enhancements and integration with existing practice solutions.
- This position is a 100% remote work. Individual may live reputed company in the US.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in Project Management and business reputed company activities or Master's degree with 4 years of experience in Project Management reputed company activities. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. Education preference: project management, business administration, management. Candidates should also include any certifications they have, which may include but are not necessarily limited to Certified Product Management, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, and/or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
