- Detailed and professional preparation of samples for product and on reputed company photography. Preparation primarily involves steaming and ironing samples.
- Maintain an organized system of sorting samples by size or specialty type for studio.
- Accurately enter data into studio tracking tools
- Provide support for entering product descriptions, including measurements, content, and care details.
- Team with Assistant Stylists, Stylists, Sample Coordinators, and Producers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain and organize the styling area and supplies.
- Ensure adherence of company and studio policies.

- Exceptional steaming and ironing skills
- Complete knowledge of fabrics, care, and proper handling
- High volume, e-commerce assisting experience a plus
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Flexible, and able to respond immediately to business changes and priorities.
- Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail and the service environment of reputed company
- Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS and reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- This is a flexible schedule and on-call, as needed position. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work*
