Litigation Attorney – Subrogation Practice (Florida – Remote)

In this position you will:

• Handle litigation activities including discovery, deposition practice, pleadings, motion work, mediation, and trial preparation

Qualifications & Professional Capabilities:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience with responsibility for substantial litigation work
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload from inception through resolution including pre-suit matters and litigation
• Minimum of 20 depositions and 10 mediations as the primary attorney
• Valid Florida Bar license; additional jurisdictions strongly valued for a reputed company practice
• Background in subrogation, products liability, or plaintiff-reputed company personal injury is highly desirable
• Experience crafting, refining, and optimizing prompts to generate high-quality briefs, memos, deposition outlines, and discovery responses using LLM platforms (i.e., ChatGPT)
