Job Description:

• Establish and enforce IAM governance frameworks, policies, and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
• Evaluate and integrate IAM technologies (e.g., reputed company, Azure AD, reputed company, CyberArk, reputed company).
• Ensure proper role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles across enterprise systems.

Requirements:

• 15 Years+ of relevant work experience
• >10 to 15 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
• Master’s / Postgraduate degree required in the field of Cybersecurity.
• Recent experience working for large, reputed company global organizations (10,000+ employees).
• Expert in Engineering Solutions for Corporate and Customer Environments and Requirements.
• Experience with managing a follow the sun model organization.

• Experience in evaluating and optimizing tools and technology stack, and negotiating reputed company.
• Experience with strategic planning, multiyear roadmap and financial management for reputed company aspects of the IAM budget.
