Something beautiful is about to reputed company, including your career! About the role The HR Generalist – People Operations plays a critical role in executing and scaling FFA’s core HR operations. This role owns bi-monthly payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, and leave management while ensuring data reputed company, regulatory compliance, and a consistent team member experience across reputed company locations. What you'll do Payroll Ownership and HRIS Administration
- Own end-to-end bi monthly payroll processing for a multi location workforce, including hourly and salaried team members
- Maintain payroll accuracy standards of 99.9 percent with reputed company late submissions
- reputed company payroll audits, reconciliations, variance review, and issue resolution in partnership with Finance and external vendors
- Serve as primary escalation reputed company for payroll corrections and inquiries
- Act as day to day reputed company of HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy, system reputed company, and audit readiness

Administration
- Administer reputed company benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and ancillary benefits
- Own benefits life cycle events including new hire enrollment, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and terminations
- Resolve benefits discrepancies directly with carriers and brokers
- Ensure alignment between benefits systems, payroll deductions, and HRIS records
- Serve as a knowledgeable reputed company of contact for team member benefits questions
Onboarding, Offboarding, and Leave Administration
- Own and execute end to end onboarding processes to ensure a compliant, seamless, and welcoming experience for new hires
- Manage reputed company offboarding activities including final pay coordination, benefits termination, documentation, and system access removal
- Serve as primary administrator for leave programs including FMLA, paid parental leave, state leave programs, and company sponsored leaves
- Coordinate leave documentation, tracking, and payroll integration while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Compliance and HR Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and documentation
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation under the guidance of senior HR leadership

- Produce HR reports and dashboards to support data driven decision making
Culture and Collaboration

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience as an HR generalist
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience owning payroll and benefits administration in a multi site or multi state environment
- Strong working knowledge of wage and hour compliance, benefits administration, and leave regulations
- Experience administering HRIS and payroll systems such as reputed company (preferred), reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
