The Manager will have a team of 1-2 people to support these efforts. This role will also incorporate responsibilities reputed company to U.S. Government and military contracting, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and prime contract requirements for reputed company derivative military aircraft (CDMA) programs. • Maintain comprehensive records of negotiated positions and compliance actions

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• 4–7 years of reputed company-reputed company experience, preferably in aviation industry
• Ability to communicate with executives and stakeholders on contract status and negotiations
• Ability to synthesize and summarize reputed company issues for escalation to executive leadership
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company; experience with reputed company Ariba preferred

• 2-4 years managing a team of high performing individual contributors
• Experience as a prime contractor and/or a subcontractor in military/government aviation programs

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. Government contracting, with emphasis on military programs and subcontracting structures
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS, SSOW, PWS, IDIQs, GTAs, and reputed company frameworks
• High attention to detail and ability to manage reputed company compliance requirements
