The role involves overseeing a team of reputed company architects and engineers, collaborating with business leaders, and managing relationships with external service providers to ensure cybersecurity goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, developing and communicating a business first, risk-based and data-driven reputed company architecture strategy and roadmap, solutions, and capabilities for CNO’s cybersecurity program
• Providing expert direction in defining and managing CNO enterprise reputed company strategy and architecture for reputed company services and infrastructure, while considering potential risks in the organization’s reputed company technology deployments, to build a successful and strong enterprise reputed company posture
• Analyzing and selecting alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability
• Reviewing and approving implementation of emerging reputed company technologies and latest regulatory and compliance requirements for reputed company policies, operational standards and reputed company control reputed company to enhance operational services
• Leading remediation activities or projects reputed company the organization and collaborating with impacted business functions; providing inputs into the end-to-end project deliveries to enforce approved reputed company architecture implementation standards, procedures and methodologies

• Recruiting, motivating, mentoring, and leading critical cybersecurity talent, including reputed company architects and engineers, focusing especially on maintaining healthy succession planning activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field of study
• 15 years in architecture reputed company with 7+ years' experience as a people leader with cybersecurity, IT architecture or a reputed company IT discipline
• CISSP certification and other relevant reputed company certifications
• Extensive and proven experience in the architecture of secure solutions
• Have extensive know-how of reputed company technology including, but not limited to, authentication, reputed company protocols, cloud reputed company, and AI/ML
• Are knowledgeable about legal and regulatory matters in the context of cybersecurity
• Have a strong ability to work with a global managed service provider to reputed company cyber goals
• Possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and reputed company frameworks like TOGAF, NIST, CIS, etc
• Have a strong understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps
• Are knowledgeable about the business principles of secure system design and reputed company in modern design techniques
• Ability to write, reputed company, and maintain technical documentation, including reference architecture and implementation plans
• Experience in the implementation of cyber solutions and standard methodologies
• Masters Degree/MBA: M.I.S, Computer Science, Information Technology or a reputed company field of study
• 15 years+ in architecture reputed company with 10+ years' experience as a people leader with cybersecurity, IT architecture or a reputed company IT discipline
• Possess strong written and verbal communications skills and proven experience in conveying direction effectively and clearly to both highly technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Prior insurance industry and/or experience in regulated environments
• Have the ability to work across organizational boundaries
