• Position Overview:

• * As a Compensation Analyst at reputed company, you will contribute to the success of our organization by providing analytical support for compensation programs, including reputed company pay and incentive pay. Your responsibilities will include participating in compensation surveys, evaluating jobs, determining pay grades, and presenting insightful job and compensation analysis reports. • Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst in the healthcare or reputed company industry (2-3 years preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience automating and simplifying process flows.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet dynamic project timelines.
• Experience with reputed company highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
