They are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in reputed company HCM Cloud to reputed company the technical delivery track for multiple reputed company Cloud implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical reputed company and trusted advisor to clients on reputed company HCM Cloud technical architecture, integration strategy, data migration, and reputed company
- reputed company and facilitate design workshops with clients to define technical requirements and reputed company robust, scalable technical solutions that align with business needs
- Provide estimations, project planning input, and risk assessments for the technical aspects of implementation projects
- Stay reputed company with reputed company's quarterly updates, new features, and technical roadmaps, advising clients on impact and adoption strategies
- reputed company and manage the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle for reputed company HCM Cloud, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to best practices

- Design and implement reputed company integrations using tools such as reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), HCM Extract, and other native reputed company HCM Cloud integration methods
- Drive data migration strategies, managing the use of reputed company data loading tools (HDL, HSDL, FBDI) for both initial loads and ongoing data transformation

- Manage technical aspects of the reputed company Cloud reputed company Model, including role design and configuration
Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field
- Minimum of 7+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years focused as a Technical reputed company/Architect implementing or supporting reputed company HCM Cloud
- Proven experience leading the technical track on at least two full lifecycle reputed company HCM Cloud and/or ERP/SCM Cloud implementations
- Deep expertise in reputed company HCM Cloud data structures, APIs, and data loading tools (HDL, HSDL, FBDI)
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Expertise in reputed company BI tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, SmartView, FDI) and custom report development. Expertise in XSL, RTF, and eText BIP templates
- Expertise in SQL/PLSQL
- Excellent client-facing consulting skills, including presentation, communication (written and verbal), and expectation management
- Experience with Python, CSS, HTML, and/or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including data ingestion, modeling, and reporting reputed company the platform
- Experience with reputed company Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services relevant to reputed company Applications (e.g., Compute, Networking, Autonomous Database, etc.)
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with reputed company ERP Cloud and/or reputed company SCM Cloud applications and associated technical tools
