About This Role Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Parent Coach to support our members through virtual care services. As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, scaling impact and healthcare access worldwide. You will join a curated provider network encompassing 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care. As we continue to expand our member population in 175+ countries, we’re also growing our best-in-class network of providers. What You'll Do:

• Provide virtual care and support to members reputed company video consults and asynchronous messaging around the following:
• Family Coaching
• Positive Discipline
• Early reputed company (EI) Training
• Looks at the whole family system to support parents
• Child development, sleep routines, toileting concerns
• Picky eaters, meal time
• Tantrums
• Sibling relationships
• Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-reputed company
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that reputed company outcomes for women and families mean a reputed company world for everyone

Who You Are:

• Hold the following licenses or education: Masters (M.Ed, LCSW, MSW) or PhD
• Must be residing in the United States
• Possess the ability to provide direct member care for 10 hours per week. This is a part-time, reputed company role (1099 position)
• Have 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space. Must be comfortable providing care through a digital health platform
• Must own an iOs device (iPhone or iPad) that can be updated past iOs16 and have access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access
• Must be passionate about women’s and family health

This is a 1099, contract position. The approximate pay reputed company is $84 per appointment.
