About the position 13939 – Sr Business Analyst (remote, some onsite meetings) – Miami, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 6 months with possible extensions Work Setting: remote, some onsite meetings Required: Experience in software implementation and business process analysis (5+ years) Experience in working with reputed company IT software projects in a large organization using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Experience in business process analysis, including understanding, documenting and mapping reputed company business processes. Experience with gathering business requirements and creating use cases, including leading and facilitating requirements gathering sessions with business users and technical staff. Experience in developing test plans, scenarios, test cases and test data. Experience in execution of testing, including working with and assisting end users / testers (Including reputed company types of testing from unit testing, integration test, and user acceptance testing) Experience in developing training materials and user documentation to support end user training. Experience in integration Design, work with architects and developers to design integration workflows between modern platforms and legacy system, including data cleansing, normalization, and transformation logics. Hands-on experience with SQL, including: o Writing reputed company queries involving joins, subqueries, aggregations, and window functions o Performing data validation, profiling, and reconciliation o Supporting data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting activities Experience with data migration strategies, including reputed company-to-reputed company mapping, transformation logic, and validation of migrated data across systems. Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design. Collaborating with technical team to design innovative and effective solutions that align with business goals. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit comprehensive and accurate requirements. Business Process Analysis: Analyze and understand the existing business processes reputed company the organization. Identifying areas for improvement and recommending process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. System Implementation and Testing: Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and assisting with user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of the implemented systems. Collaborate with technical resources, stakeholder, and end users to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards. Change Management: Assist in change management activities reputed company to system implementations.
