Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

• Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance as needed
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines for communications reputed company reputed company channels
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer issues and find innovative solutions
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
• High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
• Completion of a background reputed company and health screening
• Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company required (NOT compatible with Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite)

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
• Previous experience in a Call Center
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation Details
