Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist II, your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and Resolving Customer Inquiries: Successfully troubleshoot and resolve reputed company customer service inquiries or issues reputed company incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts.

- Technical Requirements: Wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router with an Ethernet Port, and a Thin client that connects directly (no Satellite Internet or Wi-Fi).
