The Client Advanced Character Association

Your Role
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager – Digital Character Client Experience, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of arenaflex's Digital Character Client Experience strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of digital character client experiences across various touchpoints, including store service desks and checkout areas
- Analyzing existing CX streams at various touchpoints to identify areas for improvement
- Designing and implementing tests for character capture (e.g., phone numbers)
- Deciphering the customer experience plan that would upgrade character capture and utilization at exchange points from reputed company to execution plan
- Developing an execution guide for select experience execution
- Collaborating with item, field, and investigation groups to reputed company analyses
- Participating in cross-functional gatherings joining forces with item and surveys and approving tests
- Managing tests in the field
- Sending tests in arrangement with arenaflex field activities groups
- Collaborating with examination to decipher results
- Suggesting and executing upgrades
