Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' multicultural communication needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high volume calls pleasantly and reputed company, providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
• Utilizing strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
• Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A personal computer with working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
