Job Overview

As the initial reputed company of contact and liaison between patients, healthcare facilities, physicians, clinical staff, and practices, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls, navigating electronic health records, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate electronic health records to obtain and validate historical information, capture and document demographic and financial information, and maintain accountability for accurate data entry while ensuring patient privacy and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, ensuring resolution to the call and providing excellent customer service in a variety of situations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner, as this is a safety-sensitive position.
