Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC), ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis that incorporates data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations.
• Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, forecasting, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reasonable experience.
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering reputed company projects on time and reputed company budget.
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data analysis.
