Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Seasonal Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for: Delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with reputed company customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhering to reputed company operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business. Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change back to customers according to established operating procedures. Promoting credit and loyalty programs. Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and following established merchandising procedures and standards. Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards. Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day. Maintaining reputed company organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
