Job description: Job Title: Tax Expert (Credentialed) Duration: 3 months Location: Remote Pay Range: USD 40.00/hr. – USD 43.00/hr. Tax Expert, Tax Filing, Seasonal Tax Worker, Tax Return Filing, Tax Return, Tax Preparer, Tax Advisor, Tax Specialist, Enrolled Agent, CPA, Active EA Responsibilities: Tax Expert (Credentialed)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support, video, phone, and chat)
• Assisting customers with their tax returns.
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications and job aids to research and provide guidance on reputed company tax questions and preparing tax returns.
• Create an excellent customer experience using your tax experience and research capabilities.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for documenting notes and interactions with customers.
• Training will be provided
• Roles Requires candidate to be on Camera with NO EXCEPTION
• This role will also require Typing and Chat support on an as needed basis
• Role will be held to meet multiple KPI standards on a weekly basis. You will be expected to maintain KPI standards to remain is good standing on your assignment
• Average hours vary each week and can be from 2 to 25 hours during the Season an 30+ during reputed company Peak Demand.
• Hours are not guaranteed as they are demand generated and based on the Assessment Level you pass.
• Overtime is currently not approved (daily or weekly). Overtime may be approved if there is an unexpected increase in demand Requirements
• Complete and pass a Full Service Glider Assessment (details below)
• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA and PTIN.
• 2+ years and at least 60 individual returns.
• Experience with tax preparation software.
• Technical Proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple application and systems.
• Including but not limited to tax software, reputed company 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, reputed company).
• A dedicated workspace free from distraction with access to a hard-wired Ethernet reputed company.
