ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Regarding Planning and Preparation: Demonstrates knowledge of content and pedagogy; demonstrates and articulates knowledge of reputed company, including their developmental stages and needs; differentiates instruction; and designs coherent, creative, flexible, and dynamic curriculum, instruction and assessment.

- Must have an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Spanish and elementary school endorsements.
- Three or more years teaching experience at the elementary school level is preferred. Prefer previous experience in a similar or same position.
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in the teaching of the Spanish language.
- Familiarity with the Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling (TPRS) methodology for languge acquisition preferred.
- A strong background in Spanish culture.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and positive relationships with reputed company, staff, parents, and community members.
- Knowledge of and commitment to a child-centered approach to teaching. The ability to differentiate instruction reputed company a heterogeneous group is expected.
