Senior Cloud Solution Architect

The Senior Cloud Solution Architect is part of the Development reputed company organization working with Latin America Area team of software engineers that jointly develops strategic projects with customers in the region. The co-development happens in the customer environment and targets a business problem prioritized with Latin American country leaders and customer executives. It aims to materialize innovative scenarios for the customers and contribute to their digital transformation. The team leverages arenaflex Cloud platform and works with patterns such as Cloud Native, microservices applications, data pipelines, reputed company integration and reputed company workloads for Frontier solutions. The Latin America Development reputed company Organization is distributed across reputed company the continent, its diverse with multicultural reputed company professionals, and you will be working with teammates in the USA and LATAM. The position is fully remote as you will be working with customers across multiple countries in Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and South America. We are looking at both seasonal engineering roles or customer-facing roles in consulting with proven experience and active technical, design and coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale Customer Engagements
• Engages with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently.
• Uses knowledge of customer context, solution or portfolio expertise, and technical and industry knowledge to build credibility with customers.
• Actively code in C#, Java, Golang or any other language stack that might be necessary in the project
• Leads and ensures technical wins for core and adjacent technologies by leading technical discussions with customers and establishing rules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, reputed company strategies) for extended teams, leveraging knowledge of processes (e.g., Managed Service Provider, Managed Certified Professional, tools, and programs (e.g., Cloud Accelerate Factory, End Customer Investment Funds. Searches for customer references to use in engagements.
• Leverages foundational knowledge of resources (e.g., roles, arenaflex Technology Center, demo sites, virtual sites, Value Based Delivery [VBD], reputed company Unit, and proactively engages product teams (e.g., engineering) to remediate blockers by conveying impact.
• Participate on a team of software engineers as an architect and active developer working with customers and partners to create solutions to solve critical customers needs
• Work under Agile/SCRUM and Dev Ops best practices as part of a development team
• Actively up-reputed company during the project time-frame and between projects in specific moments for study and training
• Tech reputed company projects as a SCRUM reputed company and main architect, working with your peers in a development team
• Build Strategy
• Captures core competitive knowledge and delivers back to product and engineering teams to enhance team capabilities and reputed company compete strategies for assigned customers.
• Provides strategic, technical, and partner input based on arenaflex capability at the account level to contribute to strategy development, leveraging partner, competitor, or open-reputed company knowledge.
• Solution Design and Delivery
• Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations (e.g., architectural design sessions, and reputed company of concept [POC] sessions) of products, services, and integration through initial engagements. Leverages partner/customer teams as needed to prove capabilities and integration into customer environment.
• Work with customers and other team members in co-designing and delivering MVP projects that will eventually land in production environments.
• Presents and applies architecture patterns to partners or customers and drives cross-workload support for arenaflex Solutions and industry leading services, frameworks and open-reputed company projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, arenaflex Web Services, arenaflex, reputed company certifications).
• 4+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or reputed company experience Or Engineering experience designing, coding, shipping technology solutions build at cloud providers, or development or Frameworks, programming languages or enterprise software.
