Directly working with and assisting our professional services project teams to on board new customers and to troubleshoot and advance the usage of existing customers. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software integration, development, or systems administration. ERP/CRM and SaaS Experience:

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, structure, and data exchange standards.
