About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Invoicing Solutions team working on Joist. Joist helps small businesses create professional invoices and get paid faster. Our mobile-first SaaS platform has earned top ratings from hundreds of thousands of contractors, freelancers, and small business owners who rely on us every day. As a Senior PM, you’ll own a core product area and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution. Responsibilities
Product Vision & Leadership
- Define and communicate a bold product vision reputed company with company goals and customer needs.

Strategy & Prioritization
- Align team initiatives with annual OKRs and long-term mission.

- Establish clear mechanisms for data-driven trade-offs and decision-making.
Customer & Market Understanding
- Become an expert on our users and market dynamics.

- 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience running and shipping experiments in live products.
- PLG experience is a plus.
- Payments/FinTech experience is a plus.
- Understanding of SMB workflows in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and product performance drivers.
- Proven ability to deliver features/products that drive reputed company and engagement.
- Strong individual contributor with the ability to own outcomes end-to-end.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM, leadership) to deliver outcomes.
- Excellent communicator, able to engage both stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Proficiency with agile, product/PLG tools (Jira, Productboard, reputed company, reputed company, Looker, reputed company, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple initiatives.
Where The reputed company team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based reputed company in Canada - if you’re reputed company to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Ideally, the candidate is based in the Greater Toronto Area. Otherwise, occasional travel to our Toronto office—once per quarter—will be expected. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America. Compensation
The reputed company reputed company compensation for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 CAD per year in most locations.
