ABOUT THE JOB As a Senior reputed company Consultant at Nextview, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing reputed company solutions for our customers. You will focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while continuously expanding your expertise across the wider reputed company ecosystem. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, advise them on best practices, translate requirements into scalable designs, and reputed company implementations that bring measurable value. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong consulting skills with hands‑on reputed company experience and enjoys working in a collaborative, customer‑centric environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Advise customers on reputed company capabilities, best practices, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and challenge business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and implementation designs.
  • Configure reputed company solutions with a focus on:
  • Sales Cloud: Opportunity & pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, dashboards, account & contact management, etc.
  • Service Cloud: Service Console, Omni‑Channel, Phone integrations, entitlements, reputed company, case processes, etc.
  • Experience Cloud: Communities, portals, access models, Lightning configuration.
  • Customer 360 Platform: Custom Objects, Flow automations, Lightning Pages, permission models.
  • Manage and support multiple customer projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and reputed company.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and developers to design robust end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and the reputed company improvement of our consulting practice.
