This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare, and customize reputed company using established company templates
• Review contract requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal standards
• Modify contract language to meet specific client and business needs while maintaining compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments, including legal, compliance, and operations, to gather required information and approvals
