Job Description

Position Description: Associate Director HR Intelligent Automation The Associate Director of HR Intelligent Automation will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of automation in HR at our Company. Reporting to the Director of HR Intelligent Automation in our Company’s HR Solution & Strategy team, this position will execute the overall HR automation strategy. This Individual will also collaborate with our Company’s hyper automation team (IT) and other stakeholders in the HR Centers of Excellence to assess the business value and overall enablement of automation and generative AI opportunities. The Associate Director will be responsible for assessing and executing multiple automation projects under the guidance of the Director. This role requires knowledge of process automation tools such as robotic process automation, natural language processing, chatbots, generative AI, and intelligent automation. The Associate Director should possess the ability to collaborate, engage and communicate with relevant stakeholders across HR and IT, and contribute to driving change reputed company the organization.   • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, HR, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR or reputed company discipline Required Experience & Skills:
  • Experience / Understanding of process automation tools such as robotic process automation, natural language processing, chatbots, and Machine Learning / AI.
