Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to learn about our customers' needs and challenges. Measure, inspect, and drive decisions using data. Experience You'll Bring 2+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer or Data Scientist with strong software development skills or PhD in AI/ML Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field; A Master or PhD in the area of AI/ML is a big plus Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions using diverse technologies, with Java, C#, GoLang, or Python as your core programming language Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product delivery lifecycle Evidence of innovative problem-solving skills Experience with using Large Language Models for generative AI projects Experience with using ML algorithms and platforms Understanding of data processing techniques Experience in the financial industry a plus Technical Skills Proficiency in at least one of the languages mentioned above Experience in commonly used LLM models and/or ML packages including deep learning. Strong data manipulation skills, knowledge of data processing techniques and experience with ML frameworks. Solid understanding of probability and statistics concepts (distributions, Bayesian inference, maximum likelihood estimation, etc.) Experience with software development and the SDLC Hands-on experience with arenaflex/CD tools and IaC (e.g., Terraform). Strong coding skills and a deep understanding of software design principles.
