Job Description

SRP is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Legal Advisor specializing in Public Sector law to join our dynamic legal team. This pivotal role involves providing expert legal counsel on a wide range of issues impacting SRP’s operations, public services, and interactions with governmental entities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, advising on public policy, and mitigating legal risks reputed company the public sector domain. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of public law and a commitment to serving the community through legal excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel on public sector matters, including administrative law, government reputed company, procurement, ethics, and public records requests.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing public sector law, preferably reputed company a utility, governmental agency, or firm specializing in public entity representation.
• Demonstrated expertise in administrative law, government reputed company, regulatory compliance, and public policy.
