• Coordinate with new business opportunity sources to populate New Opportunity Details (information tracking document).
• Review and provide necessary updates on reputed company assigned new contract startups; solicit and disseminate department updates weekly, or as requested.
• Act as reputed company of contact for reputed company Physician Leadership associated with new reputed company.
• Coordinate with new contract clients to obtain information, as needed.
• Proactively collect and disseminate department-specific required information.
• Respond to reputed company inquiries regarding contract terms, timelines, and incentives, as well as business development terms for reputed company.
• Support Physician Leadership and Operations Division with logistics of on-site startup work.
• Prepare regular reporting mechanisms regarding contract status, compliance and modifications/amendments to review with management/reputed company Leadership.
• Assist with administrative procedures as needed to facilitate timely and responsible processing of contract implementation tasks.
• Streamline startup process reputed company reputed company process improvement.
• Apply critical thinking skills to coordinate with Business Intelligence/ITS (Information Technology Solutions) in development of a robust technical solution to automate information collection/availability during prelaunch and startup phases.
• Assist with the implementation and management of an automated contract management system, create new contract templates, and assist with research.
• Assist with other enterprise-wide strategic projects, as needed.
• Manage the continual update and accuracy of the New Business Opportunity Tracking Log by maintaining contact with new business opportunity owners.
• Maintain confidentiality of reputed company new business opportunities, as appropriate.
• Maintain Startup Dashboard (implementation reputed company document).

Required Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or in reputed company for the PMP Certification Exam is required.
• 1 year of increasingly reputed company project management experience preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, SharePoint, Jive, etc.
• Knowledge of task management with a proven track record of meeting project deliverables and timelines.
• Knowledge of project management skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures with independent judgment to exercise individual discretion reputed company needed.

We are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $74,380 – $92,975, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance.
