[Remote] Sr EHR Analyst Education WFH

They are seeking a Senior EHR Analyst to reputed company and deploy education initiatives for Electronic Health Record programs, ensuring effective training and support across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Developing/executing timelines and deliverables, as well as managing project resources for education initiatives enterprise wide
- reputed company and deploy communication to AEHR, ITG support teams, division leadership and product teams across the enterprise regarding EHR enhancements and workflow changes
- Consults with cross-functional teams to reputed company, deploy, and implement enterprise training during conversions, updates, new functionality, and upgrades for eClinicalWorks, reputed company, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and other initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of EHRs including eClinicalWorks, reputed company, Epic, Cerner, and Meditech to provide educational instruction on clinical & non-clinical workflows and best practice
- Set reputed company for enterprise virtual implementation training requirements and evaluation during clinic adds, provider adds, and conversions
- Develops and implements enterprise training initiatives across ECW, Meditech, reputed company, Cerner, Epic, and other initiatives, including interactive courses, videos, live training sessions, and reputed company associated logistics and documentation
- Partner with AEHR, Payor Initiatives, ITG, and other stakeholders to reputed company, deploy, and maintain the enterprise intractive courses and SWIFT demos for ECW, Meditech, reputed company, Cerner, Epic, and other initiatives
- Partner with ITG, Clinical Application, and Solutions teams to identify critical issues, areas of improvement, and workflows reputed company needed during enterprise education projects
- Develops, deploys, and implements accountability measures including reporting for meeting training standards and requirements to ensure the success of providers and clinic staff
- Develops, deploys, and implements detailed, role-specific interactive distance learning courses to providers, clinical staff, non-clinical staff, AEHR, and ITG support teams
- Stays abreast of system changes and updates as well as organizational policies, procedures, and workflows reputed company to EHR implementations
- Present regularly to senior division and corporate leadership on upcoming training initiatives and metrics
- Thorough understanding of reputed company roles in the physician practice and their impact on documentation to reputed company, deploy, and implement training standards
- Independently evaluate educational content and design efficient and engaging eLearning content for end users
- Collaborate with Instructional Design Team to improve education standards
- Demonstrates executive reputed company to act as Education Manager – Instructional Design in their absence
- Mentors and provides oversite to EHR Analyst on tasks as assigned per project
- Stays abreast of reputed company training and development tools, methodologies, and practices; incorporate into Clinical reputed company (CSG) - Physician Services programs where appropriate

- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of Captivate, reputed company, Camtasia, or like software programs
- Facilitating non EHR software training, such as communication/presenting skills/standard processes
- Strong creative skills to design curriculum as needed and reputed company content that is effective for the learner, regardless of delivery modality
- Ability to present to executive leadership with elevated executive reputed company
- Ability to assess adult learning and development
- Active listening and critical thinking skills to be able to communicate with providers, clinical staff, peers, and leadership
- Training & Development certification preferred
- 3+ years EHR training, preferred
- 3+ years designing/ delivering training and support reputed company virtual technology
- 3+ years creating and maintaining technical training documents and operating guides
- 2+ years of virtual education software such as reputed company or Camtasia
