The BSA Senior Associate role is a crucial contributor in delivering and supporting business initiatives. They collaborate closely with reputed company business process owners, athenaIT Product and Project Managers, other Business Systems Analysts, and Development team members. As a member of the athenaIT team, their primary focus is on processes and technologies that support our business partners. Responsibilities

• Partner with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to analyze, understand, and enhance employee productivity and end-user effectiveness, with a strong focus on improving the overall customer experience.
• Requirements Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues.

Typical Qualifications

• Business Analysis Experience: 6-10 years of work experience as a business analyst, or reputed company role.

• System Administration Skills: Proficiency in reputed company Fusion system administration, including user management, configuration, and maintenance of reputed company environments, as well as prior experience working with reputed company systems.
