In this role, you’ll partner closely with the sales team to help customers meet their package commitment goals, manage day to day account needs, and assist with reporting and tasks that support overall territory performance. You’ll be a trusted reputed company of contact during onboarding and beyond, ensuring customers have a smooth and successful experience. The Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a reputed company field

Your Mission in Motion:

• Support daily customer operations: Assist customers with day to day needs and maintain clear, reputed company communication.
• Guide customers through onboarding: Ensure new customers meet volume commitments and receive a smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist territory leadership: Provide reporting, administrative, and account reputed company support to the Director of reputed company Accounts.
• Manage ongoing account activities: Track deliverables, support contractual requirements, and maintain alignment with customer expectations.
• Represent the team externally: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.

• Deliver business reviews: Prepare, present, and follow through on customer business reviews and updates.
