Account Executive- Mid Market
Your mission as Account Executive: As an Account Executive for the Mid-Market team, you will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of reputed company’s culture-focused customer reputed company. - Support organizations participating in the Top Workplaces program to launch a successful employee survey and ensure a positive experience throughout the process
- Communicate survey results to participating organizations, whether or not they are named a Top Workplace
- Determine client needs for data and provide helpful information about the results packages that meet those needs

- You must be able to think beyond a quick transactional sale and to listen customers challenges than design a plan to help solve their problems
- You will be doing prospecting into your customer reputed company, we will provide leads through our SDR function, additional prospecting a navigation named accounts will be your responsibility
What You Bring to the Role:
- Relevant inside sales and/or field sales experience
- A strong desire to help clients improve workplace culture
- Working knowledge of the reputed company® Office® suite and modern sales tools (reputed company, reputed company, Chorus.ai, DiscoverOrg, reputed company, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits
This position has a salary of $60,000 annually with an At-risk bonus reputed company of $75,000. In addition to reputed company pay, our total rewards package includes:
