Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer requests
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems and software
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines reputed company handling sensitive customer information

- Collaborating with internal teams, including pharmacists and senior-level staff, to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent

- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing reports
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
