Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that arenaflex's customer experience is industry-leading, from reputed company to order, through to delivery. As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and driving a program of reputed company improvement for client experience throughout the customer journey for reputed company vehicle products and channels. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company relevant cross-functional partners regarding arenaflex vehicle customer journey and will proactively identify customer pain points and potential opportunities for growth across reputed company business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and drive a program of reputed company improvement for client experience throughout the customer journey for reputed company vehicle products and channels

  • Work closely with the engineering development team to define practical and timeline requirements of software tools and provide business context to the work, driving project prioritization based on greatest need to the business
