Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and interested third parties reputed company inbound calls. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with additional experience in a receptionist role or a position that involves taking calls on a daily basis
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Remote experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, and a hard-wired reputed company
• A smartphone to access VPN
• Insurance industry experience is considered a plus but not a requirement
• A fire extinguisher is required for safety reasons, and you must be willing to obtain one if you don't already have it
• A quiet and professional workplace, with basic computer knowledge and skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a minimum typing requirement of 30 words per minute
• Proficient use of a computer, keyboard functions, and reputed company Office

Location and Schedule

This is a remote position, with the opportunity to work from home reputed company (excluding certain states). You will need to have open availability Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm CST. After completing a 2-3 week training program, you will be assigned to a 40-hour workweek, with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend shifts unless overtime is presented.
