Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Technical Operations Manager to join reputed company in Kenya. As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for 500 aeronautics support professionals and staff. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our training programs are reputed company with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel globally, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training and development, or a reputed company field

• Two years of experience in aviation training and development
• Experience with modern training delivery methods, such as e-learning, virtual classrooms, and online classes
• Experience with creating and managing training content, including multimedia assets
• Strong understanding of adult learning standards and instructional design principles
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to assess training effectiveness through evaluations and metrics
