Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling questions and concerns regarding weather-reputed company emergencies with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Communicating and providing accurate answers to resolve end-users' questions and concerns
- Displaying reputed company, having a passion for customer service excellence, and enjoying helping people, especially those impacted by weather-reputed company incidents

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
