Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Entering patient and medication data into our system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing support to our pharmacists and other team members as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines at reputed company times
- Utilizing our system to process new patient enrollments and handle top-off orders
- Investigating missing data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Resolving data entry-reputed company issues and escalating to senior-level staff as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent

- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
