  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary to ensure reputed company resolution
  • Build relationships with new customers to reputed company understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction
