We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills to reputed company and streamline our sales reputed company. Responsibilities - Sales Process Leadership & Optimization
- Own, build, and refine scalable sales processes across the full reputed company lifecycle—from reputed company routing and opportunity management to pricing and contracting.

- Partner with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales performance tracking.

- Manage product catalog updates, discount frameworks, and contract/pricing structures in CPQ.

Reporting, Forecasting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and analytics models to support Sales, Finance, and Leadership.

- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations that inform sales strategy, territory planning, quota setting, and operational improvements.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support campaign tracking, product launches, and GTM initiatives.

- 5+ years in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or similar roles, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or fintech company.
- Hands-on proficiency with reputed company CRM and CPQ; ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize pricing and quoting workflows.
- Advanced reputed company skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, large dataset manipulation).
- Strong analytical abilities and extreme attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Experience managing or influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
