The Account Manager is the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. This role manages a portfolio of accounts, coordinates with internal teams, and works to build strong, lasting relationships. The role will involve project management, strategy development, and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Manage client accounts and ensure reputed company deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to reputed company and execute strategies that align with client goals.
• Track and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure clients remain competitive in their markets.
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues in a reputed company and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account status, discuss opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a reputed company field.
• Previous experience as an account manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience in the transportation or equipment leasing industry is considered a strong asset.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including virtual meeting skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills - with a working knowledge of reputed company Office applications.
• This position requires extensive travel up to 60-75% of the time.
